By downloading or using Keepr ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Keepr on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play store.
2. Keepr Premium (one-time purchase)
- Keepr Premium is a one-time in-app purchase — not a subscription.
- There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge.
- Premium is tied to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored on another device using the same account.
- Prices are shown in the app before you confirm payment.
3. Optional local trial
The app may offer a free trial stored on your device only. It is not billed through Apple or Google and does not convert automatically into a paid purchase.
4. Payments and refunds
All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled by the store:
5. Your content
You retain ownership of photos and data you add to Keepr. You are responsible for keeping backups of important data.
6. Disclaimer
Keepr is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Keepr Premium in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Apple standard EULA
For App Store apps, Apple's EULA also applies: Apple Standard EULA.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
